ALL OTHER PLANS – Out of Network Provider.  Superbills are provided.  Please see below for more information about Superbills.

Fees & Discount*
60 Minute Therapy Session                   240.

*DISCOUNT – A 15% discount is available for pre-payment of 10 or more sessions (savings of $360 or 1.5 free sessions.)

Please note I require 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.  Because I reserve your appointment time for you, and cannot offer it to others, appointments cancelled within 48 hours are billed at your full fee.  Thank you for your understanding.
