We all deserve less stress, less anxiety, less overwhelm and less pain. And we all deserve to
be more at ease, more relaxed, and more peaceful. Here’s something that actually works.

Acupressure, or ‘EFT Tapping Techniques,’ can be used by beginners in a couple of simple
ways.

Use an Acupressure or EFT technique called ‘Touch & Breathe’ (John Diepold, PhD) to simply
calm your Nervous System, slow your thoughts, reduce the intensity of your emotions and feel
more present in your body. Anywhere, anytime. It works.

OR

Use an Acupressure or EFT technique called ‘Tapping’ to process out of your body the source of
your distress – thoughts, emotions or physical pain. Then calm your Nervous System.

Acupressure works – by processing out of your nervous system what is not serving you and
leaving you in a state of calm. Tapping is a self-applied, free and natural way to bring our
bodies back into a state of emotional regulation and deep relaxation – naturally.

We all have the ability – right at your own fingertips.

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing – you can use these gentle techniques to relieve your
stress, slow your thoughts, reduce your pain – and bring out the very best version of yourself.
