ORIGINAL MEDICARE PART B – In Network Provider for Federal Medicare B only. (Not Advantage plans.)

Medicare billing is processed through JaneApp and Stripe. 

ALL OTHER PLANS – Out of Network Provider for all other plans.  Payment is made at the end of each session and Superbills (receipts) are provided on request.  You may submit Superbills to your insurer for reimbursement.  To request a Superbill, email “Superbill Request” in the subject line to [email protected].  Please list all dates of service requested.

*DISCOUNT – A 15% discount is available for pre-payment of 10 or more sessions (savings of $360 or 1.5 free sessions.)
